Kata is not open yet. The iPhone app leads, then Android, then the browser, and this page is where each one appears the day it opens.
iPhone and iPad
The App Store listing is not open yet, so there is nothing to install there today. When it opens, the link appears here.
Android
The Google Play listing is not open either. When it opens, that link appears here too.
On your computer
The web app is not open either. It arrives alongside the apps, and it will need nothing installed: a browser and your account.
Notifications
Allow notifications when Kata asks and your coach can nudge you at the right moments: water reminders, supplement slots, the evening review. You control what pings you, how it is delivered and your quiet hours in Settings, under Notifications, also reachable from your Profile.
Your data lives per device. Moving to a new phone? A backup carries it across: see Backup and restore.
