Welcome to Kata.

Kata is your personal health OS: one coach you simply talk to, and one place that quietly keeps your whole day, training, food, water, sleep, supplements, weight and progress. These docs walk through every part of it.

The idea

In Japanese budo, a kata (型) is a practiced form: a sequence you repeat until it stops being effort and starts being you. Kata the app works the same way. You do not fill out forms or dig through databases: you tell your coach about your day, and the system holds the form for you: your goals, your numbers, your rhythm.

How it fits together

In front is the coach: a conversation that understands you, proposes what to save, and answers with your own numbers in mind. Behind it, everything you say lands in the right place: the Today screen arranges your day, the trackers keep your streaks, and Trends draws the bigger picture.

What you tell Kata stays with you: your logs, chats, memory and photos live on your device. The details are in Your data.
