Settings, tab by tab.

Settings is one screen with eight tabs. Here is what lives where, and what each control does.

General

Your profile (name, birthday, height), and three controls that shape the whole app:

  • Lock-in mode: Manual (the coach proposes, you confirm every card) or Auto (it saves directly; everything still lands in the decisions log). See Lock-in cards.
  • Voice: the voice that reads coach replies aloud.
  • Appearance: Light, Dark, or follow your device. Your AI (your plan) and Sign out also live here.

Phase and goals

Your current phase (Cut, Build, or your own) and the targets that follow from it: protein per day, goal weight, sleep goal. Change the phase and the whole system re-aims.

Supplements

Your stacks: products, doses and slots. What you define here appears on Today.

Training

Routines and your available equipment, so proposals always fit what you have.

Food

Your quick foods: the meals you eat on repeat, each with protein and optional calories, ready for one-tap logging.

Invite friends

Invite by email or share your invite text. You earn 3 months of Kata AI per friend who joins; they start with 1 free month. Details in Invite a friend.

Status

A live health view of your Kata: local storage, photo storage, connection status, and what is planned next. Useful when something feels off.

Data

Export everything as one file, import it on another device, or wipe this device completely. The full story is in Your data and Backup and restore.
