Health insurers and companies.
Offer Kata as a benefit to the people you cover or employ, and see whether it is working, in the aggregate. You never receive personal data, and no one is individually tracked.
Health insurers
An insurer can offer Kata as a professional benefit inside its package: a daily health companion for the people it covers. The insurer gets a role with an aggregate success overview, how engagement and outcomes look across the group, and nothing else.
Corporate wellness
A company can offer Kata as a staff benefit inside its wellness or health programs. An HR or corporate health lead gets a role that shows aggregate success insights only: participation and progress at the level of the group, never a person.
Aggregate only, never personal
This is the firm line. Insurers and employers never receive personal data, and there is no individual tracking: no one's weight, no one's logs, no one's chats, no name attached to a number. What you see is the shape of success across many people, at the level of abstraction a survey would give. Each person's data stays with them, exactly as on any Kata account.
A benefit only earns trust if the people using it know their employer or insurer cannot look over their shoulder. Aggregate-only insight is what lets an organization measure that a program works without ever reading anyone's health. See Your data.
