Today is home: one screen that shows how the day is going and what is left, arranged around you.
The day score
One number, live, from five equal parts: supplements complete, protein goal reached, training done, weigh-in logged, and sleep logged. Each part counts the same, so the score rewards a complete day, not a perfect one.
The daily line
The morning opens with a short line from your coach, written for today: what the day holds and the one thing that matters most. Notices appear here too, when something needs your attention.
Your day, as a timeline
Wake, meals, water, training, sleep: everything you log and everything your connections bring lands on one quiet timeline. Tapping an item jumps to where it lives.
The 14 day strip
Two weeks at a glance, each day tinted by how it went: your review verdict if you gave one, otherwise whether you showed up. Tap any day for its full detail.
Weigh-in and BMI
Log weight here or just tell the coach. Kata keeps your 7 day average and BMI current, and shows your trend against your goal.
The evening review
Close the day with one tap: good, okay, or off. The verdict colors the day in your strip and your Trends grid, and the coach uses it to read your weeks honestly.
