What Kata AI never does.

It never saves out of sight#

Every save shows up as a card. In manual mode nothing is saved to your data until you lock it in. In auto mode, the default, Kata saves what you tell it, marks the card Saved automatically and keeps a one-tap undo, and every save is written to the Kata log. See Lock-in cards.

It is never your doctor#

Kata AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat. It gives sensible everyday guidance and, when something needs a professional, it says so plainly. See It is AI, not a doctor.

It does not wander off health#

Kata is scope-locked to your health and the life around it: training, food, sleep, supplements, recovery, body and goals. Ask it to write code or do your taxes and it will decline in one friendly sentence and steer back. That focus is what keeps it good at the one job.

It keeps no copy of your conversations#

Kata's servers keep no copy of your chats. Our AI provider processes each message to answer you, does not train on it and deletes it within 30 days. There is no analytics profile of what you said, no ad pixel, no resale. The details are in Your data.
