The conversation logs everything. The data views are where you look at it: seven calm screens, each a lens on the same local store.
Seven lenses, one source
Every view reads the same data on your device, so they can never disagree with each other or with the coach. Log by talking, and the right view updates on its own.
- Today: home. Your day score, daily line, timeline, weigh-in and the evening review.
- Train: routines, the guided workout player, per-exercise progress, and WHOOP strain if you wear one.
- Nutrition: protein-first food logging by sentence, photo or tap, and a water goal that thinks.
- Sleep: WHOOP recovery and stages, or a one sentence manual log.
- Supplements: slots, doses, one-tap take-all and an adherence chart.
- Physique: guided progress photos and honest before and after.
- Trends: your numbers drawn live, every chart interactive.
You rarely go looking
The point of one conversation in front is that you almost never navigate to log. The views are for reflection: a glance at the day, a check on a streak, a look at the shape of a month. Tapping most things jumps you to where they live, and jump chips in the chat do the same in reverse.
