Supplements.
Supplements are the purest form of a kata: small, daily, easy to skip. Kata makes the repetition nearly effortless.
Slots and stacks
Organize supplements into slots: morning, evening, around training. Each product carries its dose ("Creatine, 5 g"). Set them up in Settings, Supplements, or tell the coach what you take.
Taking them
One tap per product, or take all for the whole slot. Each intake is timestamped, so "did I take it?" always has an answer.
Adherence
A quiet chart shows your adherence over time, and completed days feed your day score. Streaks reward showing up: no guilt mechanics, ever.
