Profile and account.

Profile is your corner of the app: who you are, how you are doing, the shelves where your chapters and your circles live, and the account controls. Tap your avatar in the top left to open it.

Your Kata

The top of your Profile is your Kata: a constellation drawn from your own areas, activity, nutrition, sleep, supplements, water, focus and recovery, that grows a line as each one joins your picture, with an archetype and one sentence written by the coach from what it already knows about you. Tap a node to jump to that area, or share the picture.

Identity and at a glance

Your photo, name and sign-in email, and Edit profile for name, birthday, height, weight goal, gender, sex for calorie estimates and how active you are. Under it, At a glance: days logged, sessions, streak, age, height, your trend weight with BMI, and your phase. Your last 14 days follow as strong, okay and low days.

Duo and Groups

Your Duo partners and your groups sit right after: one honest dot a day each, never content.

Your weight trend against your goal, your mood over 14 days and your mind recovery over 30 days draw here, followed by Body composition and Vitals when a connected source brings them: resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, cardio fitness and temperature. Every other chart lives on its own screen: see Trends and charts.

Chapters, letters and paper

Your seasons collect on a shelf, your Sensei letters on another, and your Biomarkers keep the lab values you confirmed. Then come Visual progress, your progress photos, and Measurements, both private to your device.

Share, connections, plan

Share my data opens the export and secure share. Connections leads to Apple Health, Health Connect and WHOOP. Plan shows the plan you hold and opens Plans, and if a company covers you, a Company section names it. Your reminders and Invite friends sit here too.

Settings, notifications, sign out

The last panel opens Settings, shows whether notifications are on and opens their tab, and leads to Edit profile. Sign out keeps your data on this device for when you come back; on a shared device, clear it under Settings, General, Account instead.

Delete account

Delete account, at the very bottom, permanently deletes your Kata account and its operational data (login, plan, invites, usage) and wipes everything stored on this device: logs, chats, memory, photos, settings. You type DELETE to confirm, and there is no undo. The full picture of what is held where is in Your data.
