Body measurements.
The tape measure catches what the scale and the camera miss. Kata guides each measurement, keeps the trend, and turns a few of them into an honest body-fat estimate.
Guided capture
Start a measurement round from your Profile, or ask the coach. Kata walks you site by site, waist, neck, hips, arms, thighs, chest, with a cue for where the tape sits and how to hold it, so this week lines up with last week and the trend actually means something.
Trends, not single numbers
Every site keeps its own line over time, next to your weight and your physique photos. One reading means nothing on its own; the direction over weeks is the real story, and that is what Kata draws.
A body-fat estimate, honestly labeled
From a few of these measurements Kata computes a body-fat estimate with the US Navy method, and labels it exactly that: an estimate from a tape-measure formula, not a caliper pinch and not a DEXA scan. It is useful for watching a trend, not for a number to carry two decimals. Kata shows the honest version and never dresses it up.
Measurements are personal. Like your physique photos, they live only on your device and travel only in a backup or an export you choose to make. See Your data.
