Medications.
Schedules, intake and refills, riding the same engine as your supplement stack, and treated as especially private.
How it works
Medications live beside your supplements: slots, one-tap taking and adherence work exactly the same. A refill projection watches the intakes you actually log and raises one reminder about a week before you run out, through the normal reminder channels, dismissible like anything else.
The privacy model
- Medication names never leave your device by default.
- The coach's context carries an aggregate block only: how many, taken today, 14 day adherence. You can opt in per medication to share its name with the coach.
- Exports have a deliberate, separate Medications scope that never rides the overall summary, mirroring the cycle treatment.
- Local backup and snapshots keep medications like everything else on your device.
The boundary
Kata never advises on medication choices or doses: that conversation belongs to you and your doctor. See Not a doctor.
